SO WHO IS BEHIND SYNERGY BEAUTY?

Paola Soto is the founder and lead artist of Synergy Beauty. A former active member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), she upholds the highest standards of safety, ethics, and technical excellence in her practice. Paola is certified in First Aid, CPR, and Blood-Borne Pathogens, and follows all CDC and OSHA Standard Precautions to ensure a safe and professional environment for every client.

Paola holds multiple state licenses and teaching credentials in Virginia, including:

Master Esthetician License and Master Esthetics Instructor Certificate – License #1265000281
Permanent Cosmetic Tattooer License and Instructor Certificate – License #1250000051

Originally from Chile, Paola attended high school in England before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality from SEK University in Santiago, followed by a second degree in International Business from Pace University in New York. Her passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare began at a young age and eventually led her to professional certification in Skincare and Permanent Cosmetics from the Esthetic Institute in Vienna, VA, where she later became an instructor herself.

Paola has trained under some of the most respected international masters, including Sviatoslav Otchenash (Stardust and S Magic Techniques) and Elena Nechayeva, perfecting her precision and artistry. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of facial harmony are what set her work apart. She finds joy in helping both women and men restore confidence and enhance their natural beauty through personalized treatments and advanced training.

Throughout her career, Paola has collaborated with renowned plastic surgeons, including Drs. Reps and Burton Sundin and their team at the Virginia Institute of Plastic Surgery (VIPS) and M Body in Tysons Corner, as well as Dr. Fernando Terre of Clínica Terre in Santiago, Chile. Her expertise has also been sought by professionals and clinics around the world.

In November 2017, Paola became the first certified Spanish-speaking trainer for Sviatoslav Otchenash’s techniques, earning recognition as one of the top trainer/educators at Sviato Academy and sevaral recognition awwards at multiple international conferences.
Her classes and treatments have been described as life-changing experiences, a reflection of her technical mastery and heartfelt dedication to every client and student she works with.
