Advanced Permanent Makeup Classes in Falls Church, VA
Build on your permanent makeup experience with focused technique training at Synergy Beauty Academy in Falls Church, Virginia. Choose powder or ombré brows, lip blush and lipstick effect, classic eyeliner and soft liner, or hairstrokes.
Powder brows, lip techniques and eyeliner are taught in one-day classes. Students without experience in their chosen technique require an additional preparation day. Hairstrokes training follows a separate two- or three-day format.
Every advanced class includes access to design and symmetry videos plus a printable PDF to study before class. Send your questions in advance so your instructor can address them during training.
One-day technique classes and tuition
Powder / Ombré Brows
One-day training: $1,300 without kit or $1,450 with kit.
Lip Blush + Lipstick Effect
One-day training: $1,450 without kit or $1,600 with kit.
Includes instructor demonstrations of both techniques on models. You practice one chosen technique on one model.
Classic Eyeliner + Soft Liner
One-day training: $1,450 without kit or $1,600 with kit.
Includes instructor demonstrations of both techniques on models. You practice one chosen technique on one model.
New to your chosen technique?
If you have no previous experience in the technique you want to learn, an additional first day of theory and latex practice is required. This preparation day costs $500 in addition to the one-day class tuition.

Your one-day training schedule
Before class
Watch the design and symmetry videos, study your printable PDF and send your questions in advance. The PDF covers topics relevant to your class, such as color theory or pigment chemistry.
9:00 a.m. · Review and questions
A focused explanation of the material covered in the videos and PDF.
10:00–11:00 a.m. · Demonstration and latex practice
A brief demonstration followed by practice on latex.
11:00 a.m. · Instructor demonstration
Observe the instructor perform the technique on a model. Lip and eyeliner combination classes include demonstrations of both techniques.
2:30 p.m. · Student model practice
Apply what you have learned during your model practice. In the lip and eyeliner combination classes, choose one technique to practice on one model.
Hairstrokes: two- and three-day training
Hairstrokes training has its own multi-day format. Choose the option that matches your experience with the technique.
Two-day hairstrokes training · $2,250
For artists who already have experience with hairstrokes.
Three-day hairstrokes training · $3,190
For artists who are new to hairstrokes but already have permanent makeup knowledge and practical experience.
Kit included
Both hairstrokes options include a kit with needles and pigments, along with the advanced-class video access and printable study materials.

Additional model-practice day · $700
Available only to Synergy Beauty students who would like more practice after training. Each additional day includes two models.
